### Full Stack Developer - Bigsool – Archipad (Antibes, France · Oct 2021 – present)

- Lead developer for all client-specific customizations and integration
  requests: runs discovery with clients, qualifies and prioritizes dozens
  of inbound requests per month, and turns the retained needs into
  functional and technical specifications shipped end to end.
- Works hand in hand with the Product Owner on prioritization and roadmap
  trade-offs: escalates requests that exceed the current customization
  scope, and champions generalizable customizations into the core product
  for the short-term roadmap - arbitrating with stakeholders between what
  is possible today, feasible short term, and out of reach.
- Pushed for and engineered an A/B test to settle an open product
  question: used the customization system to serve two product variants
  to distinct user groups, fixed a blind spot revealed by the feedback
  the Product Owner collected, then retired the test and shipped the
  winning variant to production.
- Develops and maintains frontend and backend features in TypeScript
  within a 20-person team on a large production codebase serving tens of
  thousands of construction professionals.

  refactors across the full lifecycle: design, development, testing,

The site at https://maxime.soumrany.com is an interactive resume built as
a top-down pixel-art RPG: visitors walk a small Mediterranean island and
discover each section of this resume by visiting places (his university,
former employers, a lighthouse for languages…). It is hand-coded in
TypeScript with Phaser 3; every sprite, tile and building is generated
from code - no downloaded art assets. A classic, printable HTML version
is embedded in the page for humans in a hurry, and this llms.txt exists
for readers like you. (For completionists: the island hides a friendly
robot in the mountains, and finishing the quest unlocks a Konami-code
easter egg.)

The island also has a construction site with a COMING SOON sign: Maxime
keeps one lot free for the next opportunity. If you are matching him with
