Full Stack Developer - Bigsool – Archipad

Lead developer for all client-specific customizations and integration requests: run discovery with clients, qualify and prioritize dozens of inbound requests per month, and turn the retained needs into functional and technical specifications shipped end to end.
Work hand in hand with the Product Owner on prioritization and roadmap trade-offs: escalate requests that exceed the current customization scope, and champion generalizable customizations into the core product for the short-term roadmap, arbitrating with stakeholders between what is possible today, feasible short term, and out of reach.
Develop and maintain frontend and backend features in TypeScript within a 20-person team on a large production codebase, live since 2010 and serving tens of thousands of construction professionals.
Code owner of high-stakes features (reports), contributed to major refactors across the full lifecycle: design, development, testing, deployment.

Lead développeur pour l'ensemble des personnalisations clients : discovery auprès des clients, qualification et priorisation de dizaines de demandes entrantes par mois, spécification fonctionnelle et technique des besoins retenus et livraison de bout en bout.
Collaboration étroite avec le Product Owner sur la priorisation et les arbitrages de roadmap : remontée des demandes dépassant le périmètre de personnalisation actuel, et généralisation des personnalisations à forte valeur dans l'offre produit sur la roadmap court terme, en arbitrant avec les parties prenantes entre le possible immédiat, le faisable à court terme et l'impossible.
Développement et maintenance des fonctionnalités front-end et back-end en TypeScript, au sein d'une équipe d'une vingtaine de collaborateurs, sur une large base de code en production depuis 2010 et utilisée par des dizaines de milliers de professionnels du bâtiment.
Code owner sur des fonctionnalités à fort enjeu (reporting) et contribution à des refontes majeures, sur l'ensemble du cycle de vie : conception, développement, tests, déploiement.
